Room we got was tiny and run down. The bathroom could hardly fit a shower, trailer seat and a sink which were merely in to of each other. Additionally, the humidity has affected the bathroom. Overall the hotel does not deserve the start rating it has. Parking was not available even that we tried to book in advance as advised and the reception staff who checked us in was not very helpful. Thankfully the lady was much more inventative and helpful. This is not my first trip to Plovdiv but definitely the worst accommodation yet.

A modern hotel, with good clean rooms and comfortable beds. The air conditioning is excellent and the room technology is well thought out - probably the best I've seen - ranging from bed-side charging pads on both sides of the bed for phones, controlled lighting and electric curtains. Excellent.
Be sure that when you're in Plovdiv, don't stay in a chain hotel, stay here!
