Located in the village of Vouvray, in the heart of the Loire Valley, the Echeneau troglodyte cottages invite you to a picturesque stay in a verdant and completely exotic setting. Upon arriving at the top of the (slightly steep) path, you will be charmed by the unique dwellings nestled into the hillside. After walking about twenty metres through magnificent greenery, you will discover two charming troglodyte cottages. The Echeneau troglodyte cottages consist of two adjoining cottages, recently renovated, which can be rented together or separately. If you rent the entire property, you can move between them internally. "The Enchanter" (46 m²), brown doors and windows, comprises a large bedroom with en-suite shower room, a separate WC, and a large living area (fully equipped kitchen opening onto the lounge), furnished to accommodate up to 4 people. "The Tranquil One" (44 m²), an invitation to cosy relaxation, green doors and windows, with a living area (kitchen, dining room, small lounge), a half-timbered bedroom, and a shower room with separate WC, ideal for 2 people. The two combined: 4 to 6 people, 90 m² area The property is complemented by a terraced garden (please supervise your children closely) of approximately 100 m², with garden furniture. You can enjoy this garden to admire Vouvray and its surroundings, and to relax in the sun after long walks. Although the cottage is on one level, the path leading to it is not accessible to people with reduced mobility. The cottage is located 200 metres from the newly renovated Vouvray swimming pool and 400 metres from the centre of Vouvray. It is perfectly located for visiting the most beautiful castles of the Loire Valley.
