Overall, it was an excellent stay. The patron was very helpful but it would have been nice if he spoke just a tiny bit of anglais. We muddled through with my tiny bit of schoolboy french and many gestures. The kitchen/dining area was well equipped, it was a case of working everything out for myself. The communal lounge was pleasant enough but little used as the fire had a mind of it's own, it was only on once briefly during my 5 night stay, and the wi-fi didn't work in that area which was a...

Absolutely wonderful hotel. The best hotel I've been to in France! They literally thought of every little detail, from chocolates and small towelling robes for the kids and special toiletries for them; to solar eclipse glasses on solar eclipse day. Amazing! Lots of bottles of water provided, everything superb quality and very pleasant and helpful staff. Immaculately clean and a high level of luxury. And real functioning air conditioning, which is rare in France! 😀😀😀

Stunning setting, the views made the overnight stay worth the visit. Room great, balcony the biggest bonus. Had a lovely meal on the terrace.

Modern interior in a traditional setting. Friendly staff and right in the middle of town. Had a great breakfast, would recommend!

Really super stay, so comfortable and warm. Large room with a fridge, coffee maker and kettle- such a bonus. Lovely view of the pretty street. Can drive along to drop luggage and free street parking around the town. Very historic atmosphere. Super breakfast with loads baked goods. Would happily stay again.

It was really great to walk into the hotel with air conditioning during France's "heat wave". Our room was nice and cool and good size too. It looked like redecorated fairly recently. The double bed was generous size and very comfortable. The bathroom was clean and good size too. The reception staff was friendly and very helpful. Very chic hotel with beautiful pool both inside and out. Restaurant food was exceptional. Staff very friendly. Nothing negative to say.
