10/10. Kind and helpful staff. Got our room ready early so we could nap after our flight. Fantastic food. Breakfast buffet was extensive with so many fresh choices. Massage and spa services were excellent. Ski shuttle to main Kitzbuhel gondola available- but the walk was so easy and beautiful - we preferred walking. Absolutely recommend this hotel.

Most staff members were wondering except for the person who initially checked us in. She was short and not very welcoming. The breakfast was excellent and staff was awesome. The room was very poor. Bathroom was horrible. A half shower and not be able to use the toilette without getting your knees hit by the door was very frustrating. Especially since we book with another couple, paid the same and got two very different rooms.

"Diese Ferienwohnung ist ein wahrer Traum! Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt.Die Vermieter sind wahnsinnig freundlich und total unkompliziert! Wir haben die Auszeit sehr genossen und werden wieder dorthin fahren!Der wald ist direkt daneben was zu Spaziergängen mit dem Hund einlädt. Jedoch ist es ein zeckenhochgebiet ..."
