Good hotel in a great location but don't go in the hot summer months as the aircon is not upto the job in hot weather. We asked for it to be fixed but still uncomfortably hot most of the time.

We loved staying at this hotel. Very good breakfast buffet and tons of dining options within easy walking distance. The front desk staff was extremely helpful in providing us with a restaurant list. They were very helpful with maps, HOHO bus reservations, and river cruise tickets.The only negative comment about everything is that the elevator was too small and very slow.

"The wellness section is closed until 9AM, which is disappointing. Other places open sauna, etc at 7AM to accommodate those who wish to swim or use sauna before breakfast. The faucet was running, woke me up."
