Von Anfang an fühlten wir uns durch Herrn Arnold sehr gut betreut. Auf Fragen wurde sofort geantwortet und eine lange Liste von Unternehmungsmöglichkeiten wurde uns bereitgestellt. Die Ferienwohnung an sich ist ein Traum. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man sich wünscht. Vielen Dank für die kleinen "Gastgeschenke" am Anfang der Reise! Von Niederdorla kann man eine Menge Ausflüge unternehmen: Stadtbesichtigungen der sehr sehenswerten Städte Mühlhausen und Bad Langensalza. Wanderungen im NP Hainich (z.B. Baumwipfelpfad, Rundwanderung Steinbergweg, UNESCO-Weltnaturerbe-Wanderweg vom Cralauer Kreuz aus) oder eine sehr schöne Rundwanderung von Niederdorla aus zum Mittelpunkt Deutschlands, Seebach und zur gleichnamigen Talsperre. Die zentrale Lage zwischen Hainich, Bad Langensalza, Eisenach und -ganz in der Nähe- Mühlhausen bietet Angebote in jeder Richtung: Wandern, Naturbeobachtung, Kultur und viel sehr viel Geschichte. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war seht gut. Die Dachgeschosswohnung ist schön eingerichtet, für große Leute (zwei von uns sind 1,90m groß) etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig aber machbar. ##### Reinhold W. Wir haben uns in der Ferienwohnung von der ersten Sekunde an sehr wohl gefühlt. Sie ist geschmackvoll (Modernes trifft auf Traditionelles) eingerichtet und es fehlt an Nichts. Vor allem war alles sehr sauber und ordentlich. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit und man fühlt sich daher auch sehr gut aufgehoben. Das Corona bedingt kontaktlose Ein- und Aus-Checken verlief problemlos. Das wurde bestens organisiert. Also volle Punktzahl für die Ferienwohnung... Zugegeben, anfangs betrachteten wir Niederdorla lediglich als Stützpunkt für etwaige Ausflüge in die Umgebung. Eisenach, die Wartburg, Gotha, Bad Langensalza - das wollten wir uns natürlich alles anschauen. Wir wurden nicht enttäuscht. Diese Gegend hat einiges zu bieten - eine bezaubernde Landschaft, atemberaubend schöne Städte sowie auch (wie erwartet) sehr nette Menschen. Aber Niederdorla selbst hat auch schon einiges zu bieten und wir waren überrascht, wie schnell man sich in dieses kleine Örtchen (vor allem in die süße kleine Kirche) verlieben kann. Apropos verlieben: Noch besser als jede andere der "berühmten" Städte Thüringens hat uns Mühlhausen gefallen. Und da dieses "Kleinod" nur gute fünf Minuten von Niederdorla entfernt ist, waren wir gleich mehrmals dort. Unzählige Kirchen, eine teils sehr gut erhaltene alte Stadtmauer, schöne Einkaufsstraßen, interessante verwinkelte Gassen sowie eine faszinierende Bausubstanz ließen uns nicht nur einmal erstaunen. Wir hatten eine super Zeit in Thüringen und werden mit Sicherheit auch nochmal in diesen Gefilden vorbeischauen. Dies auch, da es ja mit ca. 250km nur einen Katzensprung von uns entfernt ist. Da fährt oder fliegt man manchmal tausende von Kilometern in Welt hinaus, dabei liegt das Schöne (und vor allem Vertraute) so nah... ##### Christoph H. Bei Anfragen nach Restaurants usw. kam prompt eine Antwort. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, tolle Einbaugeräte, schöne Dusche, bequeme Esszimmerstühle und Sofa. Besonders hervorzuheben sind die guten Matratzen und das ausreichend Geschirr vorhanden war. Man musste somit nicht nach jeder Mahlzeit den Geschirrspüler anstellen, sondern konnte getrost mehrere Mahlzeiten mit dem Geschirr einnehmen. Wirklich sehr gut ! Der Vermieter stand uns bereits vor der Anreise bzw. bei unserer Ankunft und auch während unseres Aufenthalts, z.B. mit Ausflugstipps, in angenehmer Art persönlich zur Seite. Positiv aufgefallen sind uns zudem Kleinigkeiten, wie z.B. der Einsatz von nachhaltigen Produkten (Recycling und Bio :-) sowie die Bereitstellung von Waschlappen (neben ausreichend Handtüchern). Die direkte Nähe zum Nationalpark Hainich sowie u.a. zu den Städten Eisenach und Mühlhausen bietet viele Ausflugsmöglichkeiten, gerade auch für Familien. Zudem ist eine Einkaufsmöglichkeit gleich um die Ecke. Gerne kommen wir wieder und empfehlen die Ferienwohnung auch uneingeschränkt weiter! Die Lage in der geographischen Mitte Deutschlands ist für die Anreise sehr praktisch. Wir wurden pünktlich zum vereinbarten Zeitpunkt von der Vermieterin begrüsst. Das Objekt selbst ist sehr liebe- und doch stilvoll eingerichtet und die Betten sind unglaublich bequem. Der Zustand war außerordentlich gut. Der Hausmann in mir freute sich über Miele Einbaugeräte und meine Kinder über ein separates Spielzimmer, einen großen Fernseher und Wlan. Da wir nur auf der Durchreise waren, hatten wir nur wenig Zeit um die Gegend genauer zu erkunden, aber bei der Abreise musste ich meinen Kinder versprechen, dass wir wieder kommen.
