We also found the staff to be generally unfriendly, which further affected our experience. The breakfast buffet, in particular, was quite disappointing. The area appeared disorganized, as though it had been heavily picked over without any upkeep—food was scattered, tables were left uncleaned, and there were even pieces of leftover bread sitting beside the baguettes. For a long period, no staff were present to maintain or tidy the space. When staff did eventually appear, it was all at once and just before the breakfast service ended. At that point, one staff member was engaged in a personal phone call, which did not convey a sense of attentiveness or professionalism. Overall, the hotel gives the impression of being well-run on the surface, but the actual service experience does not reflect that standard."
