"Our only difficulty was in waiting 30 minutes for toe transfer from the airpot to Tokatoka. It is only 2 minutes away but it would have bern much quicker walking. There were 9 of us including 3 children and we had prebooked the transfer with them. On the other hand, staff could not have been more helpful when one of our bags went on the wrong bus to the next destination. We tracked it down and finally caught up with it."

"Great location if you’re arriving in or leaving Fiji. Our room in the new block was clean, but pretty average overall. The food was okay, nothing to write home about. The staff were friendly and welcoming, but the service was a bit hit and miss. Overall, it’s fine for a short stay, especially given the location. Just don’t expect too much and you’ll be alright."
