Spacious apartment suitable for a longer stay. Negative points: there is no visible staff in the hotel. Communication about how to enter the hotel and room was sent from an email I did not recognize that invited to click on a link. No communication through the Hotels app. I was never given a transport card (in Geneva hotel guests get free public transportation ) adding extra cost to my stay. E-mails remained unanswered. The room was never cleaned during my stay.

"Reminded that Zermatt hotels cannot have air-conditioning installed. Climate change has made early autumn hot. We had to leave windows and patio door open to ventilate the room. Not helpful if room is close to people and vehicles passing by."

"The best part about our room was the balcony outside, which was large and had views of the mountains. However, the room was very small in the hotel wasn’t that enjoyable. Breakfast was adequate, but if you’re going to go to Vermont, I would pick a nicer place."
