Welcome to Casa Fragola, a charming stone house, semi-detached house, located in the peaceful village of Pršurići, just 6 km from the picturesque town of Višnjan and 12 km from the tourist city of Poreč with its beautiful beaches. This traditional Istrian house has been perfectly renovated to preserve its authentic Istrian spirit, providing you with the ultimate comfort of a modern rural holiday home.Casa Fragola is situated on a fenced property of 800 m² with a well-maintained lawn. Guests have at their disposal a private pool of 32 m² with comfortable loungers, a covered terrace with a barbecue and a large wooden table for dining and socializing, and parking for two cars. This terrace, covered with the vine of fragola grapes, provides a perfect ambiance for relaxing with the scent and taste of homegrown grapes.Casa Fragola, with an area of 65 m², spans two floors and can accommodate up to 4 people. On the ground floor, there is a tastefully decorated living area with a fully equipped kitchen, dining table, comfortable seating, and a bathroom with a shower. The living area opens onto the terrace, ideal for enjoying morning coffee or evening gatherings. On the first floor, accessible by both an internal and an external stone staircase, there are two double bedrooms - one with a double bed and one with twin beds. There is also an additional bathroom with a shower in the hallway.Istria is known for its rich cultural heritage, beautiful nature, and top-quality wines. Višnjan is famous for its observatory and picturesque streets full of history, while Poreč offers numerous tourist attractions, beautiful beaches, many restaurants, and vibrant nightlife.
