The villa's proximity to Porec, Novigrad, Motovun and Pazin ensures that the lively pulse of city life is never too far away. The house is located on the edge of the forest on a fenced plot of 784m2, and offers guests the following outdoor facilities: a 40m2 swimming pool, deckchairs, a well-kept lawn, a covered terrace next to the pool with a barbecue and 2 parking spaces. For those who prefer to spend their vacation in the not so warm months before or after the summer season, the pool can be heated on request.


Villa Casa Vesta for 4 guests is a modern, newly built holiday home with a living area of ​​110m2, all on the ground floor. This beautiful villa is a combination of a rustic stone exterior and a modern interior with neutral colors and details. It offers a spacious living room with access to the outside, a dining table and a fully equipped kitchen, all in one room, two bedrooms each with their own bathroom and access to the pool, and a separate toilet. The whole house is air-conditioned and has strong Starlink internet.
