Welcome to Casa Milena, a beautifully restored Istrian stone house in the quiet village of Rapavel. This charming holiday home was originally built in 1930 and lovingly renovated in 2013. It offers a blend of traditional character and modern comfort. Just 8 km from Vinjan and 20 km from the lively coastal town of Pore, Casa Milena is perfectly located for exploring the wonders of Istria. In a private, fenced garden, you can enjoy a cosy swimming pool, perfect for cooling off on warm days. Two covered terraces with comfortable seating invite you to relax outdoors and the barbecue makes al fresco dining a pleasure. With parking for three vehicles and five bicycles, you are well equipped for both comfort and adventure. The peaceful surroundings of Rapavel make it an ideal retreat for anyone looking for a quiet getaway, yet you are never far from the bustling towns and stunning coastline of Istria. The nearby town of Vinjan, famous for its observatory and charming old town, offers an insight into Istria's rich cultural and scientific heritage, making it a perfect stopover during your holiday at Casa Milena. Please note that this property does not accept youth groups or stag and hen parties. A youth group at this accommodation consists of people aged 26 or under.

Sehr netter und zuvorkommender Vermieter.Alles wie beschrieben.Einzigster Minuspunkt war der Pool.Zu dieser Zeit nicht nutzbar da das Wasser zu kalt war.Pool bekommt zuwenig Sonne ab.
