Overall stay was somewhat ok. The property is new and in a great condition. Breakfast was excellent and staff was overall nice. The small swimming pool was mostly used for young kids, who were happy to escape the summer heat. One should note that the property is located at a top of a steep hill and the climb from the beach/promenade requires some physical stamina. As for the room, it was nice and clean, however, the sofa bed was the worst we ever slept on; it was hard, excessively noisy and uneven. Lastly, for the first two days of our stay, our AC was not working (in-room temperature was 25-26c) and we literally couldn’t sleep as a result of the heat in the room. The receptionist promised to relocate us to a different room, yet backtracked of her promise after consulting with her manager. Considering the outdoor temperature was almost reaching 40c, the fact that the hotel manager was not willing to resolve our AC issue in a timely matter, made us feel not welcomed (it was eventually fixed on our last day).

We loved this hotel. It is family owned and run, perfect location, incredibly friendly and helpful owners and fabulous farm to table breakfast. We would definitely stay here again.

Shopping centre across the street. Walking distance to old town 20 min.

Great location and staff

5 Star Hotel in the heart of Split Old Town. The staff's hospitality is above the top - we were complimentarily upgraded to a Junior Suite at check-in for more space with our 1 year old daughter. We were even given a bottle of local wine in the room. The rooftop infinity pool has incredible views of the city and the rooftop bar had great drinks/apps. The gym is solid and the spa with steam room and sauna was nice. Overall, we highly recommend and would stay here again next time in Split.
