"This property is in extremely poor condition and is in need of a complete facelift. -Room felt like a prison cell, -Dark, smelled like a HS locker room -stained bath towels that felt like samdpaper -bugs in bathroom -base molding falling off the wall in bathroom -stains and mold on shower curtain -entry door open and TV on upon Entering room -ground floor window found partially open and unlocked upon entry -tv remote batteries kept falling out due to missing cover -carpet on floor smelled bad and sticky -king bed but 2 pillows were very small -bed covering was very thin and not comfortable -walls were paper thin and could Hear noise from all surrounding rooms -loud people in hallways making noise and pounding on doors all nite"

"The room was clean. The showers were a little outdated.Staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was standard hotel breakfast. Everything was fresh and hot. There was music playing in the background that increased the good vibes in the atmosphere."

"We came in late evening, the front desk was dirty and sticky. The hotel had tried to charge me 3 days before when I was tipsy at the property. There was loud music playing in a room on the 1st floor at 11 pm. There were dirty socks and underwear thrown in the shelf of the tv stand. Open used soap on the counter in the bathroom. Went to have breakfast, there was the waffle maker, a few baby muffins no orange juice and when standing by the coffee the trash can that appeared empty but with only stir sticks and sugar packet trash it smelled like rotten tomatoes and mold. We didn’t eat the food, we only got coffee and hot water for my tea. And when checking out, no one asked how our stay was or anything, they just took the keys and said , I was all set. Horrible experience,"

"Great property! Very well maintained. Anything you could want is in this house. It is in a beautiful neighborhood with gorgeous mature trees. Easy to find and get around. Plenty of parking. Comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms. Well equipped kitchen. This is the second time we have stayed in one of Xiangs properties. She is very good at communication and helping with any little issue that might come up. We will definitely look for her properties again when we are in the area."
