I liked the fact that the room was clean. The bedding was comfortable and very clean. The Staff was very pleasant and helpful. It would have been nice to have some dishes, silverware, and pots/pans in the kitchen.

I had a great experience at Springwood Motel in VA. Rhonda was amazing and very helpful throughout my stay. All the staff were kind, welcoming, and always willing to answer any questions I had. They were also very accommodating with any requests I made, which made my stay feel comfortable and easy. I really appreciate their hospitality and would definitely recommend this motel.

Not bad for the price. I’did got cleaning supply and clean the room and that help to remove the smells of smoke or what ever that was. I know the person after me will be happy to get that room so nice and clean and left it smelling so clean .

Thank you Imani! So, no matter what may occur here,.. The staff are above board. Imani is especially helpful and thoughtful as well. She goes over and above what you may expect from any staff. Even when you may be having a bad day, Imani will lift your spirit with encouragement and A+ service. She is a rare find for any company and I expect to see her running the whole show at some point soon! Thanks again for caring 🙏

Front Desk ladies Shy & Ebony are Amazing. RESPECTFUL & great customer service But as for the general manager Kiesha was very disrespectful to myself. Spoke to me in a very unprofessional manner.

The hall smelled like weed. Our room should have been none smoking and that was the first thing you could smell when walking into the room. That was not a deal breaker but disappointing. Next lets talk the cleanliness of the room. The frigerater had a half eaten ring of meat in it and the freezer had wash rags in it?? The bonus was the cigarette butts and condom in the elevator when leaving. Tried to give feed back to the front desk but there was no one untill the maid came down. There is lots to improve here.

Property was pet friendly it seems like a lot of locals reside here. Staff were amazing for what they could control. Room doors did not lock. I was assigned three rooms to accommodate not having two doubles, so I received a double room that wouldn’t lock unless you used the manual locks. No bathroom light. Sticky floors. I received two single rooms which had sticky floors as well. One of those rooms also didn’t lock. All three rooms had roaches and I had to go buy my own Raid. One of the rooms never got registered to me and the owner knew that because front desk Robbie called her and she said to just let us have it because we arrived late from Maryland and needed rest. Later the owner would come knocking on the door saying we had to vacate due to this room not being assigned to us. Like I would not recommend this hotel unless they do a total renovation. Robbie was the only reason I stayed and the fact that it was the weekend in Virginia Beach and all hotels were booked. Nothing to offer for such a horrible stay and management never reached out to apologize and I was standing at the front desk when Robbie called her at home to explain the dilemma. To act like she was clueless later is mind boggling. Thanks again Robbie for your continuous apologies he’s worth more than he’s being paid to deal with the night he had. Always read reviews before you book. Lesson learned. Never rush so much you forget to read the fine print.

Worst hotel we have ever seen in 20 years of traveling. Cockroaches in the rooms, dirty towels on the floor, junk and garbage outside the property. Avoid this place at all cost.

The A/C filters were very dirty. The room smells musty. The floor, and sink dirty. Had to clean the floor and filters to be able to shut my eyes. Got sick afterwards, needed antihistamines. All the family members in the room were sneezing with stuffy nose.

Literally had ROACHES in the rooms. We switched three times before finally checking out. Multiple roaches. The staff does NOT clean unless you’re staying for a month. It was HORRIBLE I wouldn’t refer my enemy to stay here!

There were cockroaches in the room everywhere and the elevator was broken and wouldn’t go down. You had to hit the up button and go up to go down. The manager didn’t even care when I told him what was going on and kind of blew me off. And they never refunded the money for the stay, which is crazy. I would not recommend this hotel at all.
