This home will comfortably sleep four guests and has one king size bed and one queen size bed. You'll be able to wake up and listen to the ocean waves from the second floor balcony. This home is perfect for any season.

Imagine sipping coffee on the balcony of a two-bedroom, 1.5-bathroom coastal retreat, just a leisurely stroll from the beach. As you arrive, you're greeted by a back deck, equipped with seating and a sun umbrella, perfect for enjoying a beverage while listening to the gentle sea breeze. The interior is bright and airy, with natural light to flood the space, and beachy decor, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.   
  
The open-concept living area is tastefully decorated with soft, beach-inspired colors and comfortable furniture, making it the perfect spot to relax after a day in the sun. The living room flows seamlessly into a fully equipped kitchen, complete with modern appliances, sleek countertops, and all the essentials for preparing a meal at home. A raised dining area with elevated chairs offers the perfect setting for intimate dinners or quick bites before heading out.  
  
Both bedrooms are designed for maximum comfort, featuring plush bedding, ceiling fans, and plenty of storage space for your beach gear. The primary bedroom has a king-sized bed. The second bedroom offers a comfortable queen sized bed. This bedroom offers a door to the balcony where you can take in the sounds of the sea and get views of the ocean. The area offers easy access to sandy beaches, making it popular for outdoor activities like swimming, kayaking, and beachcombing. It has a laid-back, family-friendly atmosphere, with nearby parks and bike trails. Chic's Beach is also known for its vibrant local dining spots and proximity to major attractions in Virginia Beach without the hustle of the busier oceanfront. If you prefer to get groceries, Kroger is less than 2 miles away.

Most of our residences are pet friendly and welcome your four-legged companions. Kindly inform us of any pets joining your stay so we may update your reservation accordingly. We do love furry companions, but we do have some properties that are not pet-friendly. If you’re traveling with a pet please ensure this is a pet-welcoming home. If it is not, we’d be happy to recommend one of our many pet-friendly stays.
