Spread across two spacious levels, the open-concept design features a bright and airy living area, fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, and a private balcony perfect for morning coffee or sunset cocktails. The primary suite includes a king bed and private bath with a walk-in shower and soaking tub. Three additional bedrooms offer flexible sleeping arrangements for families or groups.  
The real showstopper? The game room, complete with TV, Pool Table, and plenty of lounge space—ideal for keeping everyone entertained after a day at the beach.  
  
The Sandbridge Dunes Complex is meticulously maintained. You'll have access to a courtyard with an outdoor swimming pool, covered cabana, a grilling station with picnic tables, a fitness room, and two elevators. Use the storage unit in the garage to keep your chairs and beach supplies conveniently stowed during your stay and there is also gated garage parking.

\*\*\*Additional parking is available for daily/ weekly purchase at the Virginia Beach City Parking Lot located across the street, behind the Sandbridge Market for oversized vehicles or overflow parking.   
Electric Vehicles may not be parked or charged at the Sandbridge Dunes Complex per HOA rules.  
Elevator Access: The building has an elevator that's at least 52 inches deep and a doorway at least 32 inches wide.  
The Sandbridge Dunes Condo Pools are open from Mid May to Late September (weather permitting). These dates are at the sole discretion of the Sandbridge Dunes Condo Association.   
Pets are not permitted at the Sandbridge Dunes Condos.
