It was 2 to 3 blocks from the beach and conveniently it already had a beach wagon to tgrow our chairs and towels into. The once slightly inconvenient thing was the 2nd floor bathroom was jack and jill, you could only enter from one of the bedrooms which means one bedroom had no access and had to go downstairs. The ramp allows for easy launching of kayaks. The house was clean with comfortable beds and has everything you need for your stay including a newer propane grill. If you have very small children, be sure to bring extra gates to keep them away from the spiral stairs leading to the basement and stairs leading down to the pool area. There is a gate and fence around the pool itself. Overall, the property was very nice and we would definitely stay here again! ##### Casey B.
