Oceans 2700 was a very comfortable hotel. Just was about a 10 minute walk from the beach and restaurants on the same road. The pool is very great too for customers only. Love the cable TV as well.

Rosemary is a gem who is very sweet and kind!! She paid extra attention to my service dogs who I’m extremely attached to which meant a lot to me. The rooms were nice and clean and I look forward to going back to this hotel.

I had a pleasant stay at Ocean 2700 in Virginia Beach. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The location is very convenient—it's within walking distance of the beach and close to basic necessities, including breakfast options and a 7-Eleven. Overall, it was a comfortable and convenient place to stay during our visit to Virginia Beach. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a good location with easy access to the beach and nearby amenities.

Very clean. Tv remote was not connecting with the TV at times so that was a little frustrating. Guard rails on 2nd story would fail you if you fell over. Staff was nice and helpful. Pillows were an amazing thick, like using paper but overall it was clean thats my most wanted thing and it was a decent price. Close to the water.

It was pretty good. The price has gone up since the last time we stayed. Everything was clean. The walk to the beach wasn’t too far. Staff was very friendly. The bathroom sink has an odd shape and is too big for the space in the bathroom. No real complaints. We felt safe.

Amazing spot for a low price, food near by and very close to the beach boardwalk I enjoyed the hotel a lot of space, even a desk and a bit bathroom. The air also was nice and they even had a fridge and microwave.

Pro: Location was great only a block away from the beach, shops, and restaurants. Con: Hotel has great potential but is starting to get run down. Bath tub paint was mostly chipped off and poor lighting in both the room and bathroom. Blanket we found in the room had multiple burns in it and the room had a unique smell. We stayed for 5 nights and got no housekeeping or new towels throughout our stay. Overall an okay place to stay if you need one night to stay if just passing through but would not recommend for longer stays.
