Family Vacation
This was my first time booking through Verbo. The way the process went I was a little skeptical because it said something went wrong with my payment and the dates were not available for my recommended dates. When checking my account the money came right out. We called the hotel right away and they stated they had no reservations but it could take up to two days to register in their system. After two days worrying and wanting to cancel through my bank, we called for the millionth time and it was in their system. One thing I didn’t care for was you couldn’t check in until 4 PM, you pay for a whole day and can’t check in until end of day. Most places are anytime after 12. The room we booked was nice and enjoyable. Location was great. We had a great time
