  • Located on the 18th hole of the Princess Anne Country Club and 1.5 blocks from the historical Cavalier Hotel! Convenient access to surfing, beach, boardwalk, restaurants, nightlife, etc!

    Two story home with original hardwoods throughout - fully outfitted kitchen with large island and 2 stool, downstairs master bedroom with king bed and on-suite bath with double headed shower, ceiling fan, smart TV, and slider to outdoor patio.

    On same level is a large living room with gas stone fireplace with access to a second outdoor patio. Dining room seats 8. Laundry room downstairs with large screened in porch and skylights facing the golf course! Breezeway with wet bar includes mini-fridge! Internal stairway off the dining room leads to two large bedrooms with a Jack & Jill Bathroom. Facing the golf course is a bedroom with two queen beds with canti-lever balcony. Second bedroom upstairs has a king bed with private balcony overlooking driveway. Jack and Jill Bath is fully tiled with a shower/tub combo - two sinks. BONUS: Private fully enclosed glass-block outdoor shower!

The place was perfect for our group! The golf course was right outside the back door. The area was safe and close to everything we needed.

Unfortunately, our experience with this host was very disappointing, starting with his attitude from the beginning. When I simply asked whether shampoo was provided for the bathroom, his response was, “No, I am not providing any shampoo, and you have to bring it with you!” I said okay and let it go because I didn’t want something small to ruin our family vacation. There were much more serious issues with the cleanliness and maintenance of the property. The washing machine was extremely moldy—and I mean covered with mold. It honestly made us question how the bed sheets and linens were being washed for guests. The house itself has potential and could be very nice, but the maintenance and cleanliness were clearly neglected. My wife even found a dead cockroach inside a cup in the kitchen, and we saw cockroaches in multiple areas of the property. That was completely unacceptable. Another thing that concerned us was the cleaning situation. The cleaning lady the host referred to was accompanied by a girl who appeared to be around 12 years old,I cannot know the circumstances, but as a guest, seeing a young child doing cleaning work at a rental property made me very uncomfortable. After our stay, the host claimed that the kitchen was “filthy.” I asked him to provide pictures showing what he was referring to. I also find the amount being discussed for normal cleaning extremely unreasonable.
