North End Beach Cottage Apartment - One block from beach

Darling one bedroom, one bath, second floor beach cottage apartment in the North End section of Virginia Beach . One block from the beach, one block from the state park. Ideally located!

This newly renovated cottage apartment for two includes updated kitchen with granite countertops, new appliances, and washer/dryer; laminate hardwood-like floors throughout; tiled shower with glass door; bedroom with queen sized bed, built-in desk, and drawers, and large closet. This cottage apartment is the perfect couple’s get-away but can also accommodate two people who want to sleep separately (full size pull-out sofa bedding available upon request).

Please note: This apartment is in mint condition. The pictures posted on the website are accurate and up-to-date. If, upon arrival, you notice any damage, please report it to me immediately so I can address it.

The newest addition to the rental space is an outdoor fire pit located on the front patio. Cuddle up around it on a chilly evening with warm throw blankets and pillows!

This apartment is for adults only; it is not equipped for children. Minimum age requirement to rent is 21.

All short term rentals are regulated by the City of Virginia Beach and require strict adherence to their guidelines in order to maintain the integrity of the neighborhood. As such, only those renting the property are allowed on the premises after 11pm. No parties or large congregations are permitted.

Quiet time is between 11pm-9am. Please be respectful of your neighbors’ peace and quiet time.

Please lock your cars and the rental property at all times.

Great little space

We just needed another little place for a few days as our family beach house was crowded. This was perfect for what we needed… just a place to sleep and shower. Peaceful Retreat

This cottage apartment is ideally located at the far north end of the beach away from the crowd. It is the perfect size for me, as well. Walks to the beach and around the neighborhood were very pleasant. I thoroughly enjoyed my week of relaxation and exploration, there wasn't anything I wanted that wasn't provided!

Long Weekend in off season

Great off season place. Location perfect to get to high rise area and bayside quickly. A real neighborhood feel. In-season might be a bit far from beach to tote what one needs… maybe not. The place is so well kept and convenient that we’ll consider a in-season,stay.

The cottage was wonderful. The weather was exceptional, for viewing the solar eclipse! The Hostess, Ritamarie, was outstanding! She made my stay extra special for my birthday week vacation. The short walk to the secluded oceanfront was a nice highlight for my stay.

A great space for a couple

The apartment was perfect for two. It had everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location is highly desirable - the north end of Virginia Beach is beautiful. It is quiet and uncrowded but stores, restaurants and attractions are easily accessible by bike or car. The host is accessible but mindful of privacy. We had a lovely stay.
