Amazing Sunset Bay Views, Movie Theater Game Room, Sports Pool, Kayaks & SUP
- Waterfront home on Backbay, just one block from the ocean. The Sports Pool and the Movie Theater Game Room keeps the kids engaged and helps make your vacation more relaxing for the adults. The house is positioned to enjoy breathtaking views of the sun setting over the bay from the first or second floor living rooms and the multilevel 60' long decks. We have built this space with your multi-family vacation in mind. Sports Pool (15x26) has Volleyball and Basketball. The house has one main kitchen and a kitchenette close to the pool, two full laundry on both the 1st and 2nd floors. The beach is a block and a half away with direct public access path. Movie theater for entertaining the family at all hours of the day and night. Ping Pong, Arcade Game, and Air Hockey. **4 single kayaks, 1 Paddle Board & PFDs included with rental.** All linens for beds provided as well as bath and beach towels for use during your stay.
Unlike many homes in Sandbridge that are full time rentals, this is our family home that we rent out for only a few weeks in the summer. As such we try to take good care of the house and ask that your families do as well. This house is not a party house and is not available for events. Capacity is limited to the number of guests booked.
