This property fell short for overall upkeep and cleanliness. Paint was peeling from the ceiling, the grass was overgrown, kitchen cabinets smelled of mildew, some cabinets had doors missing, the microwave had rust on the inside, etc. Although the property met our major requirements, the overall feel of the property did not meet our expectations for the price that we paid. ##### Jody P.
