  • Lakefront home with huge deck over the water. This amazing 4 bedroom 3 bath Lakefront home went through a freshly $200K update. The fine finishes are evident throughout. 1 mile from the interstate and minutes from the beach or Town Center make this location ideal. This house isn't missing anything. Beautiful screened in porch for enjoying the lake views. At night, the landscape lighting in the front and back gives an elegant touch. There's no doubt you'll wish you could stay longer and save this home to come back to. Close enough to enjoy the beach and you'll appreciate the quite relaxing lake when it's time to wind down and make memories with the family. There's a large park directly across the street for the kids to play as well.

    Please note housekeeping doesn't include outdoor areas. Outside elements (i.e leaves, pollen, bird droppings) are beyond owners control.

Quiet and conveniently located lake house.

A group of friends got together for a bachelor party. The location is just a short drive from the internstate making it a quick trip to Town Center or to the Oceanfront. I would definitely stay here again for a similar trip.

Our Family stayed here for a week break as a base to explore the wider VB area, good central location means your 20mins from most places. Property was to a high standard with a lovely view and access to lake. The host was was very helpful and had the property nice and warm upon arrival and dropped off snow shovels after a big snowfall.

The property was very, very pretty. The scenery added to the ambiance. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.The only concern I had was there was an issue with the stove, and after the initial contact, there was no more follow up.So therefore, we were unable to use the stove or oven the entire weekend.

Very comfy and welcoming. Great floorplan

We were in town for a pool tournament. Four couples shared this rental, mostly used as a crash pad as we stayed at the pool hall many long hours. The house was welcoming and comfortable, great layout with the great room and plenty of comfortable bedrooms. The back yard and porch were great w views of the small lake. Rod was easy to work with.

Family Fun On The Lake

Our family had an amazing time in this home. It worked for our large family. Rod was very accommodating and responsive throughout our stay. The large backyard oasis was the highlight. The deck over the lake was a huge bonus. Kids played in the lake EVERYDAY.

Host was wonderful.. we booked this home in November however we had death in family.. he allowed us to give us another date.. he was very nice and home is beautiful.. we will book this location again and recommend it ti others.. location is great everything is close restaurant and shopping however we didn’t go out we just cooked and relaxed..

Great house, great location!

We really enjoyed our stay here. As a group of 4 adult women, it was comfortable and had basically everything we needed. The full master suite downstairs was nice for our elderly guest since the stairs to the other 3 bedrooms would have been hard for her. The location is close to everything, yet the neighborhood was quiet. The screened porch was lovely in the mornings and in the evenings and we spent a lot of time there. And watching the geese from the dock was sweet. The host was responsive and kind, so thank you! We will definitely stay here again.

Golden Maple was appropriate!

From starting point of contact of Mr Hobbs was very polite and welcoming. The House was very easily located and totally immaculate condition, so much bigger and luxurious than we imagined from the pictures. Full of the best updates and surprises actually, plenty of stuff around the house we could do for the first rain day we had in VA Beach. The house was something of our dream house you could say. Communication with Mr Hobbs throughout the days we were there was easy and I'm certain that if anything was wrong or out of place he would have corrected it immediately. I'll be saving this destination and contact for future endeavors for sure. Thank you again for the family vacation that we all needed!!

Weekends trip to see our sailor

The house was very spacious, comfortable and good location. We arrived a bit early and planned on just shopping until check in but a tropical storm was hitting. Rob allowed us to go in and unload our things early so we wouldnt get wet. We cooked dinner and breakfast with a well stocked kitchen. We had plenty of cleaning supplies to run the dishwasher and clean up counters. Trash bags and papertowels were also much apprciated since we had eight people and lots of trash from cooking. Bathrooms had plenty of hand soap, shampoo, body wash and towels. We stay in a LOT of rental homes because it works out to be the same price when you need four seperate hotel rooms when adult kids have girlfriends, but houses are so much nicer to actually be together. We played games (some provided some we bring), we carved pumpkins and just got to hang out as a family. Our sailor will be in VA a bit longer and we definetly want this house to be on the list to visit again. Thank you!

Our Wonderful VRBO Experience in Virginia Beach!

My recent business trip to Lynnhaven, Virginia Beach, was made infinitely better by my stay at this wonderful VRBO rental.
