If you are hoping there is a hot tub in the pool area, there is not. Room was clean and the pool was heated. Some staff were nice, some didn't bother to greet us when we arrived.

The location is excellent, the restaurant was really great, but the bathroom was out of date, the sink area had no space, the toilet is too low, no grab bars to help, and the shower floor was very slippery.

Our stay here was unexpected after a neighboring hotel failed to recognize our booking through Expedia for oceanfront accommodations. Not only did the Sheraton meet but exceed any expectations with oceanfront accommodations and free breakfast coupons each morning. Each and every meal at Jumpin' Shrimp restaurant was phenomenal with very helpful staff across the entire resort. Front desk staff were also exceptional. Our room was clean and comfortable and met every need. Parking was directly on site. We will definitely be back and thrilled to return!

At boardwalk; comfortable rooms, big wide windows, floor to ceiling with great ocean view; balcony larger than other hotels, hvac quieter than other hotels we stayed at VB and no HVAC in the balcony so you can enjoy the ocean view and relax in the balcony without worrying in regard HVAC noise and heat release; indoor pool only, nice and not crowded; staff is very nice! Parking on site; we will come back !

The Staff was super nice, room was cleaned timely and was ready early. Ice machines were empty a lot so I had to go to a different floor several times. The elevators are a little jerky. The on site parking can be tight but there was always a spot available. Restaurant downstairs is very good. Great view of the fireworks on Wednesday and Sunday. All rooms have a real unobstructed ocean view. A short walk to the Fun Park and Ben and Jerry’s.

Great location. However, the housekeeper came to our room and left the room wide open. Thankfully nothing was missing but this was distressing. It appeared they started to clean but forgot because our towels were gone but our bed was not made. The staff was friendly but did nothing to fix the issue.

Make sure towels are fresh. Ensure drains in the HVAC system are properly cleared to reduce gurgling noises. Jumpin Shrimp requires more attention to detail. Definitely a lack of attentive service. Staff wanted to know how the bill was taken care of before successfully understanding our meal orders.(rude) Jumpin Shrimp waitresses never explained drink specials and double charged for some of our food. Ensure breakfast and dinner menus are updated to cut confusion and add a few desserts.
