I was pleasantly surprised how nice the hotel was inside and out. Super clean and quiet. This will be my new Va Beach hotel. The valet attendant was really friendly. My only suggestion is that front desk staff be more mindful about being on their phones while guests check in or out because it took a few mins to be acknowledged because the female was in her cell phone. Overall really great hotel.

Beautiful lobby and incredibly helpful, knowledgeable staff! The recent renovations are noticeable, though our room didn't quite match the photos minor issues like a bathroom door that wouldn't open fully, a stuck drawer, and a stiff balcony door. That said, the restaurant food was great, parking was easy, and the team was always friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately, one elevator was out of service when we tried to use it, but overall, a convenient and pleasant stay!

Clean room very friendly staff. Loved that it was right on the beach. The restaurant, Mahi's, was delicious. It is in a great location on the boardwalk. Lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. Only downside was $15 a day to park. Will definitely stay there anytime we come back to Virginia Beach

Overall, I’d rate our stay a 7.5/10. The staff was pleasant, friendly, and efficient whenever we needed anything, including extra towels. The location and ocean view were definitely the highlights. We woke up to an amazing view and even spotted dolphins in the distance! There were a few areas that could be improved. The shower curtain was too short, causing water to splash out of the shower and onto the bathroom floor. The room and beds were also quite small. Additionally, some of the towels provided had stains on them, which was why we requested extra towels. Parking is conveniently available in a deck directly across the street and costs $15 per night. We especially appreciated that the hotel allowed us to park there before check-in while we went to the beach. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The ocean view, friendly staff, and convenient location were definite positives, though the small room and beds, stained towels, and short shower curtain could use some improvement.
