Cozy Beach Cottage - Walking distance to the Beach!!

  • Summer Reservations: 7-night minimum Saturday to Saturday. (June.July.August)


    Totally renovated Beach Cottage in seaside neighborhood. Steps away from the Beach Access and only blocks away from Seashore State Park and all it has to offer. There is a large living area with a 55" smart tv, full bathroom and large bedroom at the front. Step up to the kitchen area with all new ss appliances and another "as is" TV mounted in the kitchen. 2 bedrooms and another full bath are located just off the kitchen. Patio door leads to a small deck on the side of the home. 2 outdoor showers. Plenty of off-street private parking for your beach going guests. Enjoy plenty of great local seafood restaurants and entertainment within minutes of this home. This is the best of bay living on the Bay side of Shore Drive. Everything you need to for you beach vacation.

Va Beach trip 3/2025

Great stay at this house in Va Beach with our dog. The house was clean, welcoming and comfy. It was well stocked for all of our needs and the proximity to a quiet beach along the Chesapeake is something that can’t be beat. Also, it was very close to a variety of great restaurants and lots of hiking options in First Landing State Park. We will be back!!

This beach house is perfect - especially if you have younger kids and want direct access to a quiet, well kept beach. The neighborhood is super quiet and in a convenient location to all there is to do in this area. The home is super comfortable and the booking agents are l awesome.

The cottage was indeed cozy and very nice for our family of 4 plus dog. The beach is steps away. We enjoyed hikes in the First Landing State Park. It was also nice to be able to walk to the nearby Food Lion for those things we forgot to bring.

Great property and great location! Very clean and had everything you would need for your stay including all the beach stuff!! I would definitely book again. The only thing I would recommend would be a better refrigerator, it didn’t really keep our food cold. Overall, great stay!

More than we expected

We stayed from mid to late April and found the cottage lacking for nothing. The location was fabulous, so close to beach access and incredible sunsets. Highly recommended.

Amazing cottage

Clean, comfortable, and perfect vacation rental. This cute cottage had everything we could possibly need. We prepared a thanksgiving feast for 8 people in the kitchen and it was more than adequate and was completely stocked with whatever equipment needed. Highly recommend this rental.

The property is conveniently located near the ocean and situated in a quiet neighborhood although very near plenty to do. In particular, I really enjoyed walking a cycling on the trails just a block or two from the house. Having access to the garage was very nice. The house is clean, simple, and was comfortable for our family. Thanks!

Nice house in a great location

This is a cute, older cottage that has been nicely updated and is in a great location. There is plenty of room to spread out in the house, and there is a lovely and well-equipped kitchen (and outdoor grill). The owners provide all the equipment you need for a fun day on the beach, along with a beach buggy to easily transport everything. For us, the best part of this VRBO was the location – a very short walk to beach access (only about a half-block away). Would definitely stay here again.

Short stay in quaint beach neighborhood

We really loved staying at this beach cottage. While we were in and out due to schedule, we wish we had more time to chill and enjoy the amenities and all the nice touches this home provides, rather than just resting our heads for a couple nights.The beds are comfy and this old beach cottage has been so wonderfully updated while still maintaining its early beach cottage vibe. We look forward to coming back to truly sit back and relax for a few days, chill on the bay beach, watch the sunsets and hike the parks nearby. Truly a gem of a cottage.

Nice Little Beach House

Our stay was great! There was an old musty smell every time you went out and came back. Lighting wasn’t great in the upper level but that is the only negative aspects I can mention. Location and the neighbours were spectacular. All amenities were provided and I would stay there again! Thanks so much!

Perfect Beach Cottage

This house was perfect for creating memories with our family while we were visiting family in VA Beach! We all loved being steps away from the beach, and the wagon for hauling the beach gear was awesome! Our boys loved the outdoor shower as well. The house was well stocked from the kitchen to the linens, making our stay that much easier. We also made good use of the outdoor grill.
