The rental is in the heart of Virginia Beach. An easy 3 block or 5-minute walk to the beach and boardwalk, the townhouse is a great option for easy access to local attractions and nightlife at the Oceanfront. This 2 story, 2 bedroom townhouse sleeps 4 people comfortably. With 2.5 bathrooms, high-end furnishings, 10-foot ceilings, an attached single-car, private parking garage, additional free on-site parking, ceiling fans in each room, TV in the Living Room and another in the downstairs King bedroom, washer, dryer, stainless steel appliances, working kitchen and granite counters, pantry storage, 2 large walk-in closets, upstairs porch with rocking chairs, basic cable and free WiFi, our house is comfortable and functional. When you walk through the courtyard-facing front door, you will see a door leading to the downstairs bedroom. There is a King bed downstairs and a Queen bed upstairs. There's a full bathroom for each bedroom, a small compact car attached garage, a back door leading to a small patio facing the quiet alley and a large laundry room with storage, washer and dryer. There is a large TV located in the downstairs bedroom. The second floor features a powder room, a cozy living area with a TV and a beautiful, open-concept, fully stocked kitchen. A balcony with two rocking chairs overlooks the quaint courtyard. The bedroom on the second floor features a queen-sized bed, a large bathroom and a spacious closet for your personal items. The house is 1300 square feet total. We provide two bath towel sets per bedroom (more available upon request for a linen rental fee). This set contains a washcloth, hand towel and bath towel. We provide a starter pack of toilet paper, trash bags, paper towels, laundry detergent, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, hand soaps and other essential cleaning supplies as well. Guests are responsible for replenishing their supplies as needed. There is a standard coffee maker in each home and the kitchens are equipped with essentials for cooking and preparing meals. Our homes are in the heart of the Virginia Beach resort area and walking distance to the best restaurants, nightlife, and live entertainment. The Virginia Beach Convention Center, Sports Center, Virginia Museum of Contemporary Arts Center (MOCA) and the developing Atlantic Park (the 18th Street wave park and concert venue scheduled for completion in 2025) are within walking distance as well. In addition, there are golf courses, putt-putt golf, water sports, water parks, the Aquarium, concert venues, grocery stores, parks for children, coffee shops, bars and other entertainment activities nearby within walking or driving distance. Some Important Points: If you have booked a stay longer than 2 weeks, you will be responsible for providing your own bed sheets and bath towels as our linen rental company cannot cover this duration of time. We do offer rentals for longer reservations, however the cost for linen rentals increases and we are happy to provide that information. For all short-term rentals, we will provide your bed sheets and bath towels. Please pay the pet fee if you are traveling with your four-legged family members. The fee is $100\. There is an attached, single-car parking garage perfect for compact cars and mid-size SUVs. There is an additional parking pad behind the houses alongside the fence. These four spaces are first come first serve. With your check-in details, we provide information on the municipal parking garages around the neighborhood available for overnight parking should you have an additional car. You cannot park on 22nd Street overnight or you will receive a ticket from the city. No early check-in or late check-out during peak summer season (May through September). Unless essential, please plan to adhere to the 4 PM check-in and 10:30 AM check-out. There are no grills onsite. However, you are welcome to bring one or you may purchase one from the local hardware store a couple blocks North. It was in a great location and the property itself was cute. The house gave off southern beach vibes and we loved it. The attention to detail in the house was very well done. Close to the beach and all the bars and shops. Perfect space for family of 3 with a dog. 2017 Kia Sorento fit in garage with a roof top cargo container. Tight squeeze to get out of the car but the car fit. Yes there are jets frequently flying over but that’s what you get when booking in this area. Loved the space! We wish it had more tow is and doormats. When we arrived it was raining so door mats would of been good.. The place was nice! The first floor bed frame bed to be fixed it was lose.. Since 22nd street goes into hwy 64, it’s such a loud street. Due to all the motorists and ambulance not sure if I would stay there again. Really clean and a great space for 4 people. I don't really get the complaint about noise created by planes by other guests. Yes, they are loud but you're not going to escape the noise from those planes if you plan to be anywhere in the vicinity of the beach. They're flying pretty much everywhere. At any rate, they seemed to be limited to business hours on weekdays during our stay. Saturday and Sunday was pretty quiet. ##### joe N. We couldn’t enjoy the balcony or the courtyard area due to dirty outside furniture and cobwebs covering the porch and furniture.2\. Cabinets, refrigerator, coffee pot and backsplash wasn’t cleaned.3\. Garbage disposal had an awful odor seeping through.4\. Bathroom sinks aren’t draining properly.5\. The location was great, walking distance to everything. We had a rental car we were able to park in the garage. It was a tight squeeze for the suv but we were able to get in. It’s right in the middle so we were within walking distance of almost everything we wanted to do. Property manager was very responsive. Check in was a breeze and there was plenty of room for a family of 4\. We were nervous because it was a townhouse but we never once heard the neighbors. Only complaints were- although it was clean we could tell it was cleaned quickly. Still Sandy floors and dust bunnies in the corners of rooms. Bathrooms and kitchen felt clean though! There was a vacuum on the property so we ran it quickly and didn’t have another issue. And wish there were more towels- having laundry on site was nice so we could wash them and reuse though! Great communication from the host and it was easy to access the unit once we arrived. Our accommodations worked perfectly for us - we were able to easily walk to the beach, restaurants and entertainment. Plus the area was pretty quiet during week. Although there was some street noise Saturday night, it wasn't too bad. We found the beds very comfortable. The water pressure in the showers was perfect. And it was nice having a washer/dryer since we stayed for a full week. Would recommend having a broom/dustpan available in the condo since the floor in the downstairs bedroom tended to get a bit gritty with the outside entry doors adjacent to this room. I used the available vacuum cleaner but a broom would have been easier. The oceanfront boardwalk was our highlight - fortunate timing with the Blue Angels practicing for their Saturday airshow. Simply amazing. We also enjoyed a visit to First Landing State Park. Great history. All-in-all, a fun and memorable vacation. We plan to stay in the same condo next time we visit. ##### Karen K.
