  • 3-bedroom beach cottage with a back deck and outside shower. Bikes are available to go to beach or choose from several restaurants within walking distance. We also have a full kitchen to cook in and a dining room to sit 6 people comfortably. Beach chairs and umbrellas in back shed for your use along with beach towels in trunk by the couch. You will also find beach towels in the living room table; it opens like a trunk!

The home had so many great features, including the outdoor shower, a fully stocked kitchen, and fun family games to enjoy in the evenings. The neighborhood had a great vibe with plenty of walkable options, yet the house still felt quaint and tucked away from the hustle and bustle. We loved every part of our stay!

Fantastic stay near the beach, great host

We had a great stay! Penny was a very accommodating host, going out of her way to help us with a few special needs we had traveling with a baby, and the house was comfortable and clean and in a fun neighborhood. Great location. Would highly recommend this as a stay for anyone in VB.

My family and I really enjoyed the property! We have rented beach properties before and most fell short of what was promised inmthe adverisement, Im happy to say that this property continued to surprise us and make us feel comfortable and at home. Every kitchen tool, pot or pan was available. The host did a great job of prepping the property and answering any questions. I highly recommend this property!!

Overall the property was very nice! It was nice and spacious; loved the outside area as well. The area is superrr friendly and everything is walkable distance. I would say it felt a little stuffy/dusty in the home. Other than that it was an amazing place. Owner seemed super friendly too.

Very comfortable for 5 adults but only 1 bathroom which was small. Furniture was also comfortable which is very important to me. Home was well equipped and 2 parking spots off street

Home away from home

The property was extremely clean and inviting, had a nice homey feel. Loved the outdoor shower and comfortable living room. My wife and I rode the bicycles provided. Great location with lots of neat little places to eat. Construction nearby made the walk to the beach a few blocks longer. Overall a great stay!

Cottage

We are coffee lovers so enjoyed being so close to different coffee places. The Vibe area is quieter than the boardwalk and we loved it! The walk to the beach is about a half mile and is a little long with a wagon, chairs, etc. We used the bikes provided and that was easy to get to the boardwalk.

Mother's/ Birthday Getaway

This was a cozy cottage. Liked the location even though the road construction made the walk to the beach more than 9 mins. The host was very responsive. Also loved the bikes and beach chairs that came with the listing. On the downside the beds were smaller than listed/pictured. The bathroom was also small. Overall this was a great stay💛!

Awesome place and great location for walking

This place was the cutest and great location! My friends and I came for a girls weekend. Having 3 bedrooms was perfect for us old adults who like our own room! lol There is only one bathroom however was not a problem. So many things were walkable including the beach! We had to connect with Property Manager and straight away she came by and assisted our needs! We would definitely rent again!

Beach week

The overall vibes of the house was very nice. The location was beautiful and pretty close to the beach as well. However the plumbing was quite slow in the indoor shower (not docking points off because this didn’t seem like it was controllable) but the outdoor shower was very pleasant. The host was very nice to talk to and very quick to help. Cleanliness could’ve been better, we found a mold block of cheese under the radiator and moldy and dirty dishes in the dishwasher. The fridge was slow at first (we thought it wasn’t working), but host was quick to provide help and solution (The fridge did work btw). Overall house was pretty solid and nice to stay in!

Friends at the Beach

This beach house is a great size. Three bedrooms slept our group of four comfortably. The walk to the beach was a little longer than we expected due to construction on 20th street that made us have to divert to a different street. I recommend bringing a wagon. The dishwasher in the house was broken and there was a plumbing issue with the shower. Luckily there was an outdoor shower and the weather was nice so we could use that option. The property manager communicated with us about the shower and gave a small credit for the inconvenience. Overall this was a great 3 night beach trip.
