We largely congregated in the large third floor living space (the kitchen is also on the third floor), and the elevator was incredibly convenient for getting up and down (though it was slow).The location can’t be beaten—just a 5 minute walk to the beach, and very close to Harris Teeter, Parlor Donuts, Ben & Jerry’s, VLove coffee shop and much more! The house also conveniently provided a wagon for the beach and many chairs and sand toys.Can’t thank Yun enough for hosting our family! ##### Katherine K. It was conveniently located just one block from the main beach, Ben & Jerry’s Ice Cream, and Harris teeters grocery store. The area seemed fairly quiet and the bedrooms were very comfortable. The host was very prompt with their responses and provided extra towels and blankets for our stay. The kitchen is fully stocked so you can have a nice dinner with your crew after the Long Beach day. The checkout was very easy and at an agreeable time so I would definitely stay again! CONS: -could have used a hot tub ##### Hudson G. We were a party of 6 adults, 3 kids and a small dog. Plenty of space for group. House is very clean, location was perfect! 2 minute walk to the VB boardwalk. Yun was great at communication and responded promptly to all our messages. In fact, he personally came by to unlock the elevator for my 80 year old mom - the house has quite a few stairs. House has plenty of supplies for cooking and extra towels and linens. We appreciated the ping pong table, foosball, and beach chairs / supplies in the garage.
