It was a short easy walk to the beach. The beach was not crowded at all. There were also a few restaurants within walking distance even though you are a little off of the boardwalk. We had a great week and enjoyed the space. Had some issues with the fridge kinda smelling bad at first and the kitchen light didn't work. But it's understandable they didn't want to come fix anything as we have a pandemic right now. Wish there was some way to stream other services besides Netflix, but again not a huge issue. Would definitely stay here again as access to the beach was perfect. ##### Sarah R. We had kids ranging in ages from 5 to 16 and they all enjoyed the lovely home, it's amenities and the close proximity to the beach. It was especially important that we didn't have to cross a major street to arrive at the beach since we had several little ones. Olga was incredibly gracious and easy to work with and very helpful in her suggestions. We had plenty of room to spread out and have our own private space as well as a great communal area to play card, games, watch movies and have meals together. The kitchen was well equipped and we had everything we needed for a fun, relaxing family vacation. The upstairs bathroom has 2 showers in it so the kids could all get cleaned without having to wait too long, the downstairs full bath also had great water power and plenty of hot water. The outside showers were very useful to get all the sand off the little ones before we entered the house. We grilled out several nights and enjoyed the 2 patios. The master bedroom upstairs (which has a fold out couch full size bed) on the top floor shares a deck with the full/twin bunk room and all the rooms were fully stocked with extra blankets and pillows. The boogie boards, skim boards and beach umbrellas in the garage were an additional wonderful perk! Had everything we needed and plenty of room. It’s a bit away from the downtown area, but that can be a plus depending on what you are looking for. We would come back here again. The location is perfect with a private beach just a short walk away and downtown just a short drive. Beautiful neighborhood, quiet.
