"The night I arrived the entry codes worked however, there was someone else in my assigned room. It was late in the evening, and I called the hotel support. Luckily, [and by chance] they were able to get me into another room [which was not what I had reserved]. The light in the bathroom did not work. Maintenance did not come until the third day to fix it. The cleaning staff was extremely kind and helpful because there was no one else there to help. "Good value, good communication, apartment is clean and well stocked, but very small and a bit complicated to move into with steep streets and narrow staircases to deal with. Also the 5pm check-in is inconveniently late."

"Cet appartement est vraiment top, très propre et très bien situé !Mon chien a été accepté sans problème. Dommage que le jardinet ne soit pas clos.La communication avec les hôtes se fait par WhatsApp. Ils sont réactifs et m'ont envoyé des vidéos explicatives pour récupérer les clefs, trouver le garage etc...Je recommande vivement cette location !"
