Grand Horizon is Casa del Mar’s most spacious suite—a bright, expansive retreat of approximately 1,400 sq ft, occupying the villa’s upper level. With panoramic views of the Sea of Cortez, two private terraces and direct access to the shared infinity pool and yoga deck, it offers room to settle in and enjoy the unhurried rhythm of Baja’s East Cape.

The beach is just a five-minute walk down the hill, while the terraces invite slow breakfasts, afternoons with a book and relaxed evenings overlooking the sea.

Grand Horizon combines the comfort of a private apartment with the openness of coastal living:

• Fully equipped eat-in kitchen with a large island and dining/work table.
• Spacious living room with comfortable seating and a large smart TV.
• Two private terraces for morning coffee, outdoor meals or evening drinks.
• King bedroom with dressing area, ample storage and a reading corner.

The full kitchen and generous living space make it easy to cook, spend time together or settle in for a longer stay.

POOL, JACUZZI & SHARED SPACES

Grand Horizon is one of just four independent suites at Casa del Mar. Your indoor accommodation and two terraces are private. The infinity pool, yoga deck, heated jacuzzi, fire pit and communal outdoor dining areas are shared with guests staying in the other suites.

The penthouse opens directly onto the shared pool and yoga-deck area. One flight below, you’ll find the heated jacuzzi, outdoor grill, picnic table and fire pit for quiet evenings under the stars.

THE EAST CAPE

Casa del Mar sits within gated Cabo Vinorama, between San José del Cabo and Cabo Pulmo, where desert meets sea and wide horizons set the pace.

Walk down to the beach for shoreline strolls, swimming or snorkeling when conditions allow. Nearby surf breaks include La Poza and Punta Perfecta; experience, suitable conditions and your own equipment are needed.

Explore Cabo Pulmo, discover the coastal dining spots around La Fortuna, or simply enjoy the views and quiet of Casa del Mar.

BEFORE YOU ARRIVE

A car is needed. Allow approximately 50–60 minutes from San José del Cabo, depending on your route and road conditions. The final approach includes an unpaved coastal road. We meet you at the Cabo Vinorama gate and guide you to the house.

Plan your grocery shopping before leaving San José. Reverse-osmosis purified drinking water is provided at the house.

Casa del Mar runs entirely off-grid, with solar power and generator support. Thoughtful use of water and electricity helps us care for this remote setting.
