Best value for money hotel in the world!
This is a hotel that is best of class in a value-for-money equation. The beds are very comfortable, the Mont Blanc restaurant serves excellent food and breakfast, in its vast availability of choices, is amazing! Water pressure is great in the shower as well. No complaints. Will always stay there when in Vinnitsa!

Could not fault the staff at this hotel, the parking security and also the reception staff were excellent. Efficeint, pleasant and no issue with English, they could not have been more helpful. We booked two family suits as a transit stop, the rooms ar ebig, beds adequate and whilst not luxury, were more than sufficeint for a stop over. The restaurant, Mont Blanc was likewise well staffed, and food was good, prices reasonable. The hotel is typical of many european hotels, and spread out so needed to take 2 lifts and a bit of walking between lifts to get to the rooms from reception, i even managed to get lost on one occassion. That said, my only suggestion would be to buy better toilet paper, the single ply used is like 1200 grit sand paper. Parking out the back of hotel is not hard to find, is at a premium obviously and we parked to block cars in and the attendent said he would call if needed to move, and he didnot need to do so. I would not hesitate to stay at the Hotel France again if we were transitting Vynnytsia.

Great city center hotel with nice restaurant
Nice hotel in the city center, with a very nice restaurant that has great food, and also has live dinner shows on certain nights. The rooms are traditional (not modern), but decent and clean. It is located right next to a large shopping mall and cinema.

The hotel is comfortable good located and very nice fact that they iron for free . Any way little details avoid the 5 stars like not enough soap and towels and if you stay in the east side area not elevator there ; the breakfast buffet it’s good for the price .

The service was Ok the restaurant and staff were fantastic, the design of the hotel was terrible, to access the reception from the car park you have to go downstairs, then through the restaurant then upstairs to the reception. Our first room had a broken lock and to access the rooms you have to go to your floor then through the conference area in my case with three of us and luggage while conference delegates were having their cofee break, the only redeeming thing was the restaurant and food quality

Lovely hotel but poor staff
The hotel is very nice and well located but the staff are not good. I received incomplete and unhelpful instructions on how to reach it, the receptionist actually challenged me on the fact until I showed her the email. Also, my room key was deactivated before I had checked out necessitating me asking the housekeeper to let me in. The receptionist wondered why I was telling her. There are cheaper places in the city and, whilst they may not be as nice or well appointed, the staff are likely to be more interested in the guests. I won't stay here again.

Hotel France the front desk spoke English. Service was quick. They were very accommodating. The only thing was our room; the lock using the card was not working so we were given a key, so was the lockbox in the room was broken but someone came to see it but it was not fixed. We didn't need it anyways. Otherwise, the restaurant is beside the hotel. Superb breakfast and service. Location of the hotel is across from Mcdonald's and so many other coffee shops, attractions and walking distance from so the main areas. Hotel France is less than 10mins away from the Vinnytsia train station. The hotel was super clean. Everyone was friendly. I would recommend staying her if you are in Vinnytsia.

The staff was SO accommodating and nice and restaurant was AWESOME. The building itself isn’t terrible, it’s just super basic; even more basic than a Holiday Inn in the US which was unexpected with a name like Hotel France.

Modern, Clean, Classy Hotel in the Center
It is truly a nice hotel in the center of the city. New! Beautiful! Clean! Comfortable beds and soft linens. Amazing shower cabins. Great bar and restaurant downstairs where you eat a delicious breakfast in the morning and can meet with friends in the afternoon or evening. Live music on some nights at the restaurant. Free parking. Attentive and friendly staff! Loved this hotel! Will come back and stay here again!

For the money, Hotel France is a very good 4-4.5 star boutique hotel. Very nice breakfast. Friendly staff. Modern, clean facility. If it's a band night in the lounge below, you may wish to be certain your room is located safely away from the music.

The hotel is fine and very comfortable, though not as grand as it seems to think itself. Staff are nice and speak good English. Breakfast (see below) MUST be improved if they want to be taken seriously. Also, they should lose the piped music at breakfast! Someone should really break it to the Ukrainians that it really isn't necessary to have loud music and blaring televisions everywhere in order to reassure you that you are having a nice time. They seem, in cafes and hotels and even hairdressers to consider it a necessity, as though it was some kind of mark of their largesse. In Kiev they even have it on the metro, where you would think they would be encouraging travellers to have their wits fully about them.

Clean but cold room, and no hot water at 7-9 am, hot water tank too small? Radiator didn’t work, draught through window, reception informed 3 times but no improvement. Restaurant very good.

조용한 방을 부탁했었는데, 저녁 늦은 시간이 되기까지 길에서 고성방가, 길가는 사람들의 소리로 시끄러웠습니다. 미리 보낸 메모를 확인하지 않았는지... 체크인 하려는데 무심히 내밷는 주차장 없어요. 주변 유료 주차장 찾아 보세요 라는 프론트의 안내가 놀라웠습니다.
