8.2/10 Very good! (747 reviews)
Worst hotel experience ever! The elevator was broken throughout our entire stay, making things extremely inconvenient. To make matters worse, the guy at reception tried to charge me twice for the city tax, even though I had already paid it just 10 minutes earlier!
Absolutely disappointing. I would not recommend staying here. I will NEVER comeback! I also felt terrible for the poor staff member who had to carry our 23kg luggages from the 3rd floor all the way down to the main floor. Worst experience!

A very nice hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Close to many attractions in the city centre area. Close to hop on hop off buses. Lots of restaurants all around the area. Good shopping as well. Would definitely stay there again if visiting Rome.

"Room is small with larger heavy furnitures in the way, causing hitting the knee to it, very danger. River view room balcony is a joke, very tiny just enough room to stand up if you need to smoke. Dirty with bird poo. Not worth the money Room is very dirty; luggage rack is so dirty that I would not ..."
