The property was renovated in 2019 using eco-sustainable materials and aimed at greater energy efficiency (thermal and photovoltaic panels). Each Apartment has a floor-mounted cooling system (this is not air conditioning) which in summer can bring the indoor temperature down to 25 degrees celsius.

Each Apartment offers in the garden a private and equipped outdoor area (a gazebo for each unit).
The owners live in a section of the property and occasionally use the pool.

What to Expect
After arriving you will be welcomed by the owner or manager where you’ll find a nice clean well-maintained property with views of the hills perfect for a relaxing holiday in Tuscany. After a busy day of shopping, spend some time with friends and family poolside enjoying a glass of wine - a perfect way to unwind at the end the day. Also available outside are a patio and barbecue grill. Many people traveling with friends prefer a multi-unit holiday rental where they can spend time together in the common areas, like the pool or garden, but still have their own private living quarters with bedroom and bathroom.
