We have stayed at Tasman Parks in the past and would now reconsider. When we were ready to leave we realised that the conditions required us to strip bed linen and place in laundry bags and take out the rubbish. Which we did. At the rates charged this is completely unreasonable."

"Decent stay but room for improvement. We recently stayed at Ingenia Holidays Lake Conjola, and overall, it was an average experience with a few areas that could be improved. The accommodation was generally clean, but we felt the rooms could have been maintained to a higher standard. One of the bedrooms with the bunk beds had no cooling system, which made it very uncomfortable for our kids to sleep at night due to the heat. Most facilities around the park were good, and the staff at the kiosk were friendly and knowledgeable, which we appreciated. However, during checkout, the reception staff didn’t ask how our stay was or engage with us at all, which felt a bit disappointing. The pool and play area also seemed outdated and in need of maintenance. Overall, it was an okay stay, but with some improvements—especially in room comfort, staff engagement, and facility upkeep—it could be much better. "
