Specific issues and areas for improvement: - hot water tap handle in the main shower was broken when we arrived and kept falling off - tv didn’t work for most of the time (we kept getting an error message that there was an issue with the aerial connection) - no wifi, which was as advertised, but was more of a nuisance than expected given the tv aerial connection issue and 4G signal was poor - although there was a dvd player, no dvds were provided - the laundry detergent bottle was empty, so we had to go and buy our own - no dishwashing sponges were provided (only a couple of old and used brushes) - no basic toiletries were provided (only hand soap We felt the 4.9/5 rating on Stayz was misleading. It is very clean, spacious and well located at 2 mins walk from Orian beach and 5 mins from Collingwood beach. The only thing that is not included is internet but it did not bother us and allows us to disconnect.
