The staff were great, very friendly and helpful. However the cleanliness of the rooms were poor. I had a huge cockroach in the room and a lizard in the shower. There were also ants and spiders. I couldn’t sleep knowing there was a roach in the room. Great staff! This was a fabulous hotel to stay during our stay at Hue. We loved our Deluxe studio. Had lots of space and the bed was great. I can't say enough of the staff! They were so helpful and friendly. This is in a great location...about a 7-10 minute walk to walking Street and 5-10 min walk to the river. A nice quiet location, yet close enough to all the action. I have to say it grew on me. Convenience is the word and it’s very close to the Centre and city of Hue. The restaurants & bar are great in this areas and reasonably priced. So my 3 weeks stay was comfortable. Two problems: #1 Hot water was never available even with the hot water supply button was on. #2 Breakfast was never ready on time, so I had to pass it a few times in order to be on time for my business meetings in the city. When the meal was ready on time, then no hot coffee was in the bottles. Hotel staff were all very kind and friendly. Online pictures look really nice, yet once in the room it’s totally different. Place looks old. We had 2 connecting rooms with 2 bathrooms. One shower head was obviously broken and the staff told us the water wasn’t coming through because too many people were probably using the water at the same time.. so we only were able to use one. There were dust on all the furniture. Towels just need to be replaced at this point.
