El hotel es hermoso. Es una antigua casa de época amueblada elegantemente en uno de los cerros más importantes de Viña. A menos de dos cuadras hay calles repletas de bares y restaurantes para ir a comer o tomar algo, queda a unas 6 cuadras de la playa y del reloj de Viña. El desayuno es completo, y la atención es super amable. Lo único para criticar, es que nos tocó una habitación en la que el baño estaba separado del cuarto, en otra habitación, ya que (según nos explicaron al llegar), no podía remodelarse por ser patrimonio nacional...y 5 de las 10 habitaciones tenían el baño incluído en la misma, y 5 por fuera. Era algo incómodo tener que salir de la habitación y cruzar el pasillo para entrar al baño. Exceptuando eso, el resto todo perfecto. La cama SUPER cómoda, el wifi funciona bien y la decoración es impecable.

B&B mit gutem Ausblick

Die Lage des B&B ist relativ zentral und der Strand lässt sich auch gut zu Fuß erreichen. Die Zimmer waren sauber, aber etwas klein, wenn man mit zwei Koffern reist. Die Mitarbeiter waren alle nett und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück mit frischem Obst war auch sehr lecker. Kann jedem dieses B&B nur empfehlen!

Will never stay here again.

Foreigners in Chile do not pay 19% tax. The owner force me to pay it because i pay by credit card. That is a lie. Being coming to chile for last ten years 6 times a year. I have nevet paid it before. It is not tied in to the payment method. I have filed a claim with local IRS.

Hotel aconchegante e limpo

A nossa estadia no Chocolate Manor House foi excelente. A única surpresa que tivemos em um primeiro momento foi que o banheiro, mesmo sendo privativo, era fora do quarto. Mas como eram apenas dois dias, ficou tudo bem. O café da manhã era excelente, o atendimento também, pessoal muito atencioso.

Muy acogedor y comodo, pero el precio estaba muy alto para los servicios que se prestaban, ya que no existe piscina, terraza o jardines donde descansar todo se reduce a la habitación, sala de estar y comedor .
