I had an allergy friendly room onnthe 3rd floor. The shower was clogged and i asked for service. It was not fixed when i came back to the room later that day but it was fixed the next day by Hospitality. As a compensation the general manager let me overstay til the night as my flight was planned way later than check out time. I chose this hotel as it was well situated right in the Old Town which made everything I wanted to see and do a short walking distance away and had breakfast included which made the stay cheaper and more convenient for me. I felt very safe at the hotel and it was located in quiet surroundings. The staff were very kind and friendly.
