A warm and nice flat with parking

First of all - they are heating in the end of September. Ten stars out of five for that. Most flats in Vilnius are freezing cold until about 15th of October. Not this one! Also, the bathroom is well heated. Large kitchen area with fridge, freezer, dish washer, stove, oven. No microwave, though. Could have been practical. Large living room area and comfortable double bed. Good wifi. Free parking in the yard - a bit crowded in daytime, but possible. The location is not the best if you are without a car, but completely ok. Good bus connections. The flats are renovated and in good condition, but the walls are "made from paper". So you hear every word your neighbours say - especially if they are party happy Erasmus students... But, we have all been young.

L'appartement est très spacieux, très confortable pour 5 (parents et 3 enfants). Situé proche du centre-ville, avec des commerces à proximité. Notre sejour d'une semaine a été très agréable. Petit bémol, la cuisine neuve manque d'ustensiles pour pouvoir cuisiner (poêle). Le reste a été parfait.

Appartment close to the downtown

Perfect location close to the city centre. Property is a bit noisy because of busy road nearbay (Windows need to be close). To sum up I reccomend

Todella siisti vasta remontoitu huoneisto nykyaikaisilla kodinkoneilla. Ulkoapäin ja lähialue ei kovin miellyttävä, mutta sisältä bueno. Parkkipaikkakin löytyi pihasta, vaikka sitä ei tiedoissa sanota. Ystävällinen ja auttavainen työntekijä myös plussaa! Uskallan suositella!

Отличные аппартаменты с одним небольшим недостатко

Минтхаус – это отличные аппартаменты, которые равноудаленно находятся от Озаса-Акрополиса и центра города. Рядом бесплатная парковка, что очень удобно. Квартира просторная, снимали на 4ых и было предостаточно места – большая гостинная, и 2 отдельных комнаты. На кухне есть посуда и соль/сахар, к сожалению, нет чая/кофе. Отличное телевидение – большой выбор каналов, есть фен и по запросу принесли утюг. Единственный недостаток – слышимость. Действительно слышны были разговоры всех соседей. В остальном соотношение цена/качество отличное.

Schoon, groot en fijn appartement

Heerlijk appartement, Nog geen 15 minuten lopen van het centrum. Grote kamers, heerlijke douche en wifi werkte uitstekend. Schoon en gezellig ingericht. Voelde me meteen thuis. Fantastische service van de eigenaar/huismeester. Wel van te voren even contact opnemen. Voor mij voor herhaling vatbaar.

Fint boende ca 25 min promenad från gamla stan. Just nu (juli 2018) granne med ett byggplats vilket orsakar buller. Kan tänka mig att återvända.

Heerlijk appartement

Met een paar vrienden dit appartment gehuurd voor een weekend. Het appartement is keurig verzorgd en zeer ruim. De ligging is prima. Hoewel het niet direct in het centrum ligt ben je er binnen 7 minuten lopen. De supermarkt bevindt zich op ca. 600m, dit is ideaal. De kamers zijn schoon en de bedden heerlijk. De keuken is van alle gemakken voorzien. Er is een badkamer met wc, maar ook nog een aparte wc. Ook de gastvrouw heeft ons keurig geholpen. Een woord voor dit appartement: aanrader

Home away from Home

I had a very nice stay. The room was perfect. My IT friends were worried I was staying in Šnipiškės, but I had no worries while I was here. I liked to have the window open and hear the cars and busses go by. I felt safe and content the whole time. The staff was very helpful. Every time I emailed them they responded quickly and in excellent English! I would definitely stay here again.
