We booked a deluxe room with balcony but it was not available on the arrival, however it was not the hotels mistake but the booking sites mistake since the description clearly stated room with a balcony. After lots of discussion on how to proceed we were given another type of a room with a small terrace and we liked it. I would definitely recommend the hotel. Good service when we asked what we wanted. Service was good. Equipment in room was old in not perfect condition, but lining of bed was perfect - cotton 100%. There isn't conditioner but weather was perfect and open window was sufficient at September. Restroom in room is separate, big, clean and bright.
