Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 3 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine) with hatch. Shower, sep. WC. Gas heating. Upper floor: 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm), hand-basin and shower. Exit to the terrace. 2nd upper floor: 1 room with 1 french bed (2 x 80 cm, length 190 cm), hand-basin and separate WC. Parquet floors. Terrace 30 m2, garden 200 m2. Terrace furniture. Facilities: washing machine, iron. Internet (WiFi, extra). Parking (fenced). Please note: non-smoking house. Smoke alarm.
