You'll have the entire cottage to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

### Single-story house with private garden, pets allowed

Totally on the ground floor: living room (sofa bed), kitchen, bathroom with toilet, 1 separate toilet, 1 bedroom (2 single beds), 1 bedroom (1 double bed) with shower room, 1 bedroom (2 single beds). Central heating included. Carport. Fishing on site in the Sauldre which borders the property (canoeing possible). If there is an animal: cleaning fee €90\. Only 1 animal accepted in agreement with the owner. Leisure facilities at your disposal: Indoor games: card games, board games, construction (like big Lego) books, puzzles ..... Outdoor games: ball, table tennis, swing (swing, slide, rope ladder), badminton, boules........... 35 minutes from the main Châteaux of the Loire and the ZooParc de Beauval, near Romorantin, in the heart of Sologne, in an old sheepfold, independent house opposite the owners, with private unfenced land not overlooked.
