Ground floor: living room (fireplace), open-plan fitted kitchen, bathroom, separate toilet, 1 bedroom (1.60m bed), 1 bedroom (1.60m bed and 1 cot), 1 bedroom (1.40m bed) with private shower room and toilet, 1 large utility room (washing machine, dryer, second refrigerator).  
Upstairs: 80m² room (4 twin beds), games area, lounge/TV area, toilet.  
Ping-pong table available in the garage. Wood provided for the first fire. Heating included. Non-smoking accommodation. Come stay in the countryside in this beautifully restored house, its large garden with terraces (front and back), and in the company of farm animals (horses, sheep, and poultry), which will surely delight the children. Want to explore the region by bike? A greenway is 5 km away! Looking for swimming and water sports? The Lac des Varennes leisure area is 10 km away! Fishing? The Coudraie pond is also 10 km away! Want to visit some castles? Poncé is 10 km away, La Possonnière 12 km away, and Le Lude 35 km away!
