Casa Capión is located in the valley of Candanal and Pión, in the municipality of Villaviciosa (Comarca de la Sidra), surrounded by a landscape of great beauty and diversity in both flora and fauna.

Casa Capión's sole objective is to make you a participant and invite you to learn about the different tourism products that they offer, based on their knowledge of Asturian culture through activities that are both playful, gastronomic or cultural.

Lugar tranquilo y bien atendidos

La casa está situada en un lugar con unas vistas preciosas, rodeados de naturaleza. Los niños se han podido acercar a animales que no pueden ver en la ciudad: burritos, ovejas, cabras, vacas y gallinas. Además los dueños de la casa son muy cercanos y amables.

tiene barbacoa, nos dejaron leña para encender la chimenea. Ademas el primer dia que llegamos ya estaba encendida. La calefacción funciona muy bien. El tio Enrique muy majo y David un maquina. Nos ha aconsejado varios sitios, como una granja que produce queso. Gijon queda a 20 minutos. El entorno es estupendo. Matteo

Nos hemos alojado la semana del 22 al 29 de Julio y todo ha sido maravilloso. La casa es perfecta, con todo lo que puedas necesitar, el entorno tranquilo y precioso y las personas que lo rodean encantadoras. Gracias a David por toda la ayuda y recomendaciones que nos hizo y a toda la familia por el trato que nos dieron a nosotros y en especial a mis hijos. Recomendable 100%. Volveremos seguro.

SIMPLEMENTE GENIAL!!!

Acabamos de pasar los 4 días del puente de Mayo y ha sido genial!!! la casa y el sitio donde está impresionante!!! La atención de David, su amabilidad y su disponibilidad para lo que necesitas hace que te sientas como en tu propia casa. Es imprescindible comer la fabada y el arroz con leche de Oliva (desde Madrid deseamos que todo salga bien la próxima semana, nos acordaremos de ti) y por ultimo hemos disfrutado tanto niños como mayores del carisma del Sr. Enrique y de los animales de la granja, hasta vimos a la ardilla. La naturalidad de David, la tranquilidad, el paisaje los animales y el conjunto de 10. Totalmente recomendable. Felicidades David por un trabajo muy bien hecho

Unos dias fantasticos

La casa está emplazada en un sitio muy tranquilo a pocos minutos en coche de la carretera general y por lo tanto bien comunicada. La casa tiene de todo para estar a gusto. Muy tranquila. Ideal para niños y para ir con tu mascota. Gracias David por tus atenciones y por tus indicaciones que hicieron que pasaramos unos días inolvidables.

Hemos estado este fin de semana celebrando el cumpleaños de nuestra peque y la verdad es que nos ha encantado. Si el tiempo acompaña, como ha sido el caso, es una maravilla. Merece la pena,dedicar un rato navegando en Top Rural para encontrar el mejor lugar para pasar unos días. Nosotros llevamos unos años haciéndolo y desde luego...hemos acertado. Ésta última vez,en Casa Capión ha resultado una maravilla. Hemos ido 2 familias con 4 niños y nos ha cambiado hasta la forma de ver las cosas. Los niños se han sentido con tanta libertad y tan involucrados en la naturaleza,que jamás lo olvidarán. La familia que lleva Casa Capión,nos han tratado de forma inmejorable... Excelente casa rural

El alojamiento resulta cómodo y la casa está bien equipada. El entorno es tipicamente asturiano. Bien comunicada y a escasa distancia de Gijón. A destacar la amabilidad de los propietarios, atentos a todos los detalles y que hacen la estancia muy agradable. Impresionante fabada y arroz con leche.
