When I brought the issue up to staff their response was that they "thought they took care of the problem this morning" and that they would simply vacuum up the bugs instead of properly cleaning the room or offering me a new one. The issue was not resolved and I told them I could not stay at this hotel if they could not find me a clean room. Sadly, there was only one other person there and this was in the middle of August. We just loved the multi coloured rooms: very different and refreshing.
