Built with carefully selected ecological materials in one of France's most beautiful villages, we are located on the slopes of the Alpe d'Huez ski area (winter) and on the alternative route to the 21 curves of Alpe d'Huez (summer). LesEcrins2 is located on the 1st floor of the chalet and can accommodate 1 to 2 families, i. e. 6 to max 8 people, on a surface area of 667 sq.ft, with two separate bedrooms, two bathrooms and a ‘mountain corner’ with bunk beds, in addition to the living room. The terrasse, with its private 6p hot-tub, is oriented to the south, guaranteeing you a maximum of sunshine while enjoying the unique view on the Oisans valley. Also noteworthy: the Bekaert bedding, the barbecue, fuss-ball, raclette- and fondue appliances Also included in the rental is the use of our unique professional 400sq.ft. wellness area with SAUNA (6 people), HAMMAM (4p), double Italian shower and relaxation corner. In case the other apartment is rented, facilities are shared (alternately afternoons and evenings). Our vast garage allows you to securely store bikes and ski material. Thanks to the shoe-warmers you'll leave the chalet to go skiing with warm and dry feet. The washing-machine and dryer will especially be appreciated by both cyclistes and parents alf small children. Parking space for one or two cars can be found in front of the garage. Currently under reconstruction, the appartment will only be available AS OF JANUARY 1ST 2020\. It can be combined with the main appartment LesEcrins1 (1560 sq.ft). Located on the upper two floors of the chalet, the latter offers lodging for 8, 10 or even 12 people (the less, the better -;-)). When both appartments are rented jointly, all group activities take place upstairs. \* Skiers: the access to the ski lifts linking our village to the large Alpe d'Huez ski area lays litterally on our doorstep (you just have to cross the street to get going) and the familyfriendly ski school is just around the corner, 490ft from our premisses. We have boot-dryers and ski-racks at the entrance of the chalet. \* Hikers: our village is the reference trail-station of the Oisans valley, we are located at the gates of the Ecrins National Park and our main ski-lift connects us to Alpe d'Huez, so the number of trails to discover is infinite. No need to use your car when you’re staying a tour place. \* Cyclists: we’re based on the alternative ascent of Alpe d'Huez and the Cols de la Croix de Fer, Glandon, Galibier and many other less well-known but all the more memorable climbs are just waiting for you to master them. In the evening you can safely store your bikes in our large 320sq.ft. garage. \* And if you’re just looking for rest and well-being: the 180° panoramic view on the surrounding mountain peaks combined with your private hot-tub will do ☺. Think about doing your shopping in the valley before driving up to the village, or have it delivered on site when you arrive. Ich würde die Wohnung nicht unbedingt für mehr als 6 Personen empfehlen, obwohl theoretisch 9 Platz hätten. Les propriétaires, Anne et Serge nous ont très bien accueilli. Enfin la situation est parfaite: on peut chausser ses skis à 2 min a pied du chalet. Voor de skiers is goed om weten dat de woning tegen de skipistes gelegen is. Wij hebben er een bijzonder gezellig wandelweek-end van gemaakt. Je trekt je schoenen aan en je bent meteen in de alpenweides! Buiten een paar schapen, en met een beetje geluk fluitende marmotten of huppelende berggeiten, kom je geen levend ziel tegen. In het appartement vind je alle voorzinigheden die je nodig hebt om zorgvrij te genieten. Meer zelfs: de eigenaars hebben ons toegang verschaft tot hun softub jacuzzi (vanaf volgende winter staat hij in exclusief gebruik op het balkon van dit appartement). Wij waren met z'n tweeën, maar dankzij de nieuwe inrichting (oa een derde kamer + grote leefruimte), wordt dit een ideale uitvalsbasis voor koppels, één of twee families, met of zonder kinderen. Prijs-kwaliteit dik in orde. Wat ons het meest bijblijft is na het opstaan, ingewikkeld in een warm fleece dekentje, en met een warme kop koffie in de hand gewoon op het terras te zitten om er van het berglandschap en de (frisse) azuurblauwe lucht te genieten. Nous occupions l'appartement du bas, accompagné d'un couple d'amis. Ces quelques jours furent extrêmement relaxant. Le cadre est sublime et le chalet dispose de tout pour passer une agréable semaine. Excellent séjour dans ce beau chalet, bien équipé et dans un cadre hors du commun. Nous avons également profité du jacuzzi sous un ciel étoilé de nombreux soirs... Une multitude d'activités y sont possible: marche, VTT... Je recommande pour toute personne voulant passer un bon moment dans les montagnes. Seul bémol: nous n'avions que trois jours, la prochaine fois nous reviendrons pour une semaine! Magnifique chalet idéalement situé avec une vue imprenable. L’accueil par Franck er Anne est top ! Réactive et disponible elle nous a pris en charge de la réservation à notre départ. L’appartement est très accueillant et bien équipé. Nous avons passé un séjour confortable. La région est idéale pour les amoureux de nature… De longues et belles ballades sont possibles à pied comme en VTT. La jacuzzi est parfait pour vous détendre après votre journée, nous l’avons utilisé chaque soir. Nous avons également testé l’espace wellnes avec son sauna et son hammam une après-midi. Nous avons séjourné dans l’appartement du bas avec les 2 chambres. Les propriétaires nous indiqué leur projet de futur travaux, ce qui devrait amener encore plus de luminosité à l’endroit qui pourra accueillir deux familles. Je recommande cette adresse surtout si vous venez en famille, il peut facilement en accueillir plusieurs si vous louez la totalité de la propriété.
